About Us

The Cyprus registered and accredited International CyberSecurity  Institute, ICSI (Cyprus) Ltd, was created in response to two distinct demands in the market. Firstly, cybersecurity is a very important public, business and private issue of growing concern around the world. The shortage of ICT end-user cybersecurity awareness and protection competence and of  qualified cybersecurity professionals is gaining broad recognition, as governments, the industry, self-employed professionals and citizens struggle to protect themselves from the ever-increasing cybercrime and its severe, adverse consequences in money and value loss. Secondly, academic qualifications provided by universities and other academic institutions are often more focused on theoretical knowledge rather than practical, hands-on training, leaving a significant gap in implantable Cybersecurity competence.

ICSI’s strength lies in that its accredited courses are researched, developed and delivered by practicing and specialised experts in Cybersecurity and include practical training with simulated cyberattacks and virtual labs. ICSI’s core programmes have earned accreditation from CREST and NCSC, two UK independent authorised accreditation bodies that are recognised around the world. Furthermore, certain of our professional courses are accredited by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN), UK, which credits ICSI certified professionals against its MSc in Cybersecurity.

The International CyberSecurity Institute’s, ISO 27001 certified, research, development and promotion company, ICSI (Cyprus) Ltd, is based in Larnaca, Cyprus while its accreditation and major promotion and sales sister company, ICSI Ltd, is based in Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes, near London, UK. Bletchley was the central site of the Allied codebreakers during World War II and is still synonymous with counter-intelligence services and government communication and cybersecurity. The latter is a UK registered and accredited, ISO 27001 certified cybersecurity education firm.

We, at the International CyberSecurity Institute, continually enrich, update and upgrade our courses and our delivery platform.
